GAXs – General Accounting Expenditures
This course will focus on processing expenditures using the General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) document in Wyoming’s Online Financial System (WOLFS). Attendees will review information from the Purchasing and Expenditures User Guide and view information in WOLFS. The course will include instruction about how to recall submitted documents from WOLFS. After completing this course, participants will be able to create, modify and/or discard a GAX document.
