FIN 201 Procurement Documents (Part II of II)
This class is designed to help a state fiscal employee that uses WOLFS through the process of creating an RQS or RQN, and turning that into an encumbrance in the system. Attendees will also learn how to pay a PRC against an encumbrance with an introduction into modifying MSCs and liquidating MSCs and POs. Users should make sure they have their WOLFS credentials handy in order to follow along on their own computer. This class is the second class in a two part training on Procurement so this class assumes you already know the requirements of the state for successfully getting approval from the AG’s office, ETS, and A&I, Procurement Division and will focus mainly on the process once the accountant is ready to enter the requisition into WOLFS.
