Land, Easements, Right of Ways and Mineral Rights Reporting

The State Auditor’s Office is preparing for the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and requests your agency complete the following steps if your agency had:

• No activity in Current Fiscal Year:
  • If your agency does not have any State land, easements, right of ways or separated rights that were purchased, transferred, donated or sold during the period July 1 through June 30 please report N/A on the N/A Reporting Survey.
•  Activity in Current Fiscal Year:
  • For agencies that have never reported Land prior to the current fiscal year:  enter all State land, easements, right of ways and separated rights that were purchased, transferred, donated or sold during the period July 1 through June 30 in the from below.
  • For agencies that have reported Land to us in the prior fiscal year:  the SAO Accounting Division will contact your agency directly for updates.

This information is due no later than July 15.
