The State Auditor’s Office is preparing for the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report.  A part of this report includes information provided by your office.

 Please provide the following items:

    • Monthly Healthcare Lag Report from Cigna–
      • claims paid from July 2022 through September 2023 for claims incurred July 2021 to September 2023
    •  Lag Report for MedImpact
      • claims paid from October 2022 through September 2023 for claims incurred January 2022 through September 2023
    • Lag Report for MedGeneration (Part D) [EGWP] –
      • claims paid from October 2022 through September 2023 for claims incurred since January 2022
    • Delta Dental Lag Report  – October 2022 through September 2023
    • Monthly Experience Summary Reports – including data for July 2022 through June 2023
    • Delta Dental State Experience Report – including data for July 2022 through June 2023
    • Pretax Tracking Sheet – to include data for July 2022 through June 2023
      • Please resend 2022 data in case any changes were made to the data

 We are requesting this information be provided no later than October 15.
