Land, Easements, Right of Ways and Mineral Rights Reporting
The State Auditor’s Office is preparing for the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and requests your agency log on to the Uniform Real Property Reporting System (URPRS). If your agency had:
- No activity in Current Fiscal Year:
- If your agency does not have any State land, easements, right of ways or separated rights that were purchased, transferred, donated or sold during the period July 1 through June 30 please report N/A on the N/A Reporting Survey.
- Activity in Current Fiscal Year:
- Enter all State land, easements, right of ways and separated rights that were purchased, transferred, donated or sold during the period July 1 through June 30 in the URPRS.
This information is due no later than July 15.
